When you place an order we gather the data required for completion of the form. This is, for example your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, ticket number, names of accompanying passengers, number of cases etc.
You may also be asked to send a photograph of your passport and visa.

We use the information to process your order and ensure that we provide the service you have ordered. Analysis of the data we gather also helps us to improve the service we provide.

Data is stored for the period permitted by Danish legislation but deleted as soon as no longer needed. This depends on the nature of the data and the grounds for storing it.

We also use a number of third parties for storing and processing data. This is exclusively on our behalf and these parties are not to use the data for their own purposes.
Data relating to your use of the website etc, which advertisements you receive and any you click on, your geographic location, gender and age bracket etc: these details, as far as they are known, are passed on to these third parties indicated above in the section on cookies.
